Hello all, I have been doing some research for our upcoming trip and have a tentative agenda with a couple of slots to fill and I am hoping to get recommendations and feedback on my proposed itinerary.
The trips focus is food and wine with plans to do some wine tasting and fun restaurants.

I still have 2 dinner slots to fill and only Ma Cuisine and Lameloise are non-negotiables so any suggestins at all are most welcome!

Our current plan:
Arrive in Beaune, noonish on a Tuesday
Lunch at Le Conty
Wine Tastine in Beaune
Dinner at Ma Cuisine

Wednesday
Beaune Market in the moring
Train to Nuits Saint Georges
Lunch at La Cabotte
Wine tasting in NSG
Dinner in Beaune - Open

Thursday
Train to Chagny
Lunch at Lameloise
Dinner in Beaune - Open

In regards to wine tasting, we have toured some cellars on previous visits as well as done the bike route and we aren't ready to pony up for a private, guided tour so we are looking for places in Beaune and Nuits St Georges proper, where we can taste but that are geared towards more high end wines (preferably Grand Crus) than most of the places that seem to be available. I am thinking we might just have to find good wine bars and do some DIY tastings? Any places known for their selection of Grand Crus by the glass?

Lots of questions, I know, so thanks in advance for any recommendations you may have!

Ma Cuisine
Maison Lameloise
Le Conty
La Cabotte
