Two 3/5 heart (Rubin) Peruvian-influenced places (L'1K & Uma) fall short.

We've had two dreadfully disappointing meals at two Peruvian-tilted places in the last two days - L'1K and Uma - and after the glowing report in the NYT of the Peruvian invasion of London, we wonder why, for once, Paris lags the UK. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/02/tra...
Considering the interest in ceviche-type places http://www.lefigaro.fr/sortir-paris/2... here and ones we've had at Le Tourrette etc., it's puzzling. Except neither chef at L'1K and Uma was Peruvian in origin. Calling all such chefs!
