Dined at 3-Thirty-3 in Newport (formerly Yankee Tavern) last night. The interior reminded me of Bandera except for the view of the harbor. We started off with the calamari which was a pleasant surprise. Good seasoning, texture, and flavor with minimal breading.
As for the entrees, my two friends ordered the lobster ravioli and the ahi. Both were subpar according to them. I ordered the kobe burger with gargonzola and carmalized onions and enjoyed every bite of it. One of the least expensive items on the menu at $9.00 and came with a side of shoestring fries identical to Houstons'. Melted in my mouth. The service was top notch as well. We were there at 6 before the place got jammed so I'm sure that made a big difference.
