Just had a most wonderful dinner at Twentyeight in downtown Sacramento. Starters were fresh oysters from Oregon with a mignonette sauce and ahi tuna tartare served with pea shoots and a mustard sherry sauce. Entres, grilled lamb chop with grilled mushrooms and artichoke hearts, incredible flavors, and roasted salmon with fava beans and risotto. Attention to all the sides was outstanding. Last, the most wonderful pear tart with cinnamon vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Great food, great service.
