After reading all the negative comments about 28 Degrees I still decided to go and make my own decision about the place. I was pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by the beautiful hostess, Indis, formerly of Saint. She was so charming and remembered us from Saint and proceeded to get us the next available seat at the crowded bar. We waited about 45 minutes for a table and she seated us in the back private area where we had exceptional service for an awesome waitress. While at the bar we had tasty oysters and martinis. For dinner we had the spicy sausage pizza - yummy, French fries that were tasty and muscles that were too salty, but that was our only complaint. I suggest trying it for your self. The decor is very NYC and hip. 28 Degrees is a great addition to our neighborhood even though we miss Flux's turkey meatloaf.
