With all the distress and upheaval related to COVID-19 this year, what, if any, resolutions are you making related to any aspect of food, cooking, etc.?
Each year I usually have an ambitious list, but I’ve streamlined it for 2021 because of COVID-19: increase patronage of local restaurants/establishments (that are still open), work on mastering techniques/dishes instead of attempting something new all the time, and reorganize my kitchen collections to improve efficiency/usability.
