(2017) Short Hokkaido Trip Itinerary - Advice Appreciated

JBG89 | Nov 15, 201701:49 AM     3

Hi all,

I'm planning a very short trip this coming week in Hokkaido and would really appreciate any advice on my food itinerary. I understand it is a kaisendon/sushi forward plan :)

Land CTS 6:45PM Monday
Monday Dinner @ Hachikyou
Tuesday AM: Kaisendon @ Uni Murakami
Tuesday Lunch: Sushi @ Nigiri Kukizen, Kinzushi, or Sushizen Honten
Tuesday Dinner: Hokkaido Crab @ Hyosetsu no Mon
Wednesday Breakfast/Lunch: ???
Fly out 2:00PM CTS

Key pieces of advice would be appreciated on.
1. Which sushi lunch would you most recommend between Nigiri Kukizen, Kinzushi, or Sushizen Honten
2. Are there any other good crab alternatives where i could get a good sampling without having a proper set menu at Hyosetsu no Mon?
3. Any other donburi/kaisendon suggestions to replace my choices or for Wednesday Bfast/Lunch would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
