2017-2018 Post-Holiday deals thread

Thanksgiving, Hanukah and Christmas have come and gone, and though the deals were good (the Holiday thread is over 300 messages long!), the deals really get cookin' now that we are past Christmas and head into 2018. For true hounds this is the time to sniff out the hard-to-find deals and post-holiday liquidations (and also time to start testing out our stuff to make warm winter goodness). So, post 'em if you got 'em.

I'll start off with the Zwilling "Boxing Day Sale" which started just an hour or so ago, and lasts just 24 hours:

There are some notable deals here, at least one of which appeared very briefly way at the beginning of the holiday season, but then disappeared for the rest:
