What to do with 20 nice "resealable" 750ml glass bottles?

So we love Trader Joe's triple ginger brew, and fearing they'd sell out before we got our hands on a bunch, we bought 20 bottles, which we thought would last quite awhile. Well we're quickly making our way through them, and I can't bear to toss the nice bottles, so I'm looking for ideas for what to do with them:

Not sure what those tops are called, but I'm thinking they lend to doing something that can store awhile. Brewing beer comes to mind but seems like too much work since I don't have the time or equipment (and no motivation since I'm pregnant and can't drink it!). Any other ideas?
