20 course dinner

If you don't cruise the other boards, I suggest clicking the link below about someone in Chicago who had a 20 course dinner at Trio with a French Laundry-trained chef. Great description.

The menu even tells you how to eat the food. I loved the one where they tell you to pop something in your mouth and let it explode.

What is foam? I don't think I want it to be a trend here, but does anyone serve it?
