2 Chinatown Questions

1- Wanted to get Dim Sum around 4 or 5 today, is this a good idea? I normally think of Dim Sum as a weekend breakfast treat, but it doesn't have to be, right? I was thinking of Dim Sum Go Go since they dont have carts or Oriental Palace. I am a little concerned about this line from the citysearch profile: "Definitely go for weekend, made-to-order (no carts!) dim sum." I called no answer... So has anyone had weekday afternoon dim sum? Is Dim Sum Go Go my best option? Other ideas?

2- After/before dim sum thought it would be great to get bubble tea. I know there are tons of places in chinatown, but I have a distinct memory from a bitter day last winter of being frozen every time the door opened. Any tea shop recommendations that are cozier, and designed so I should be warm?

Thanks so much!
