Due to unfortunate circumstances I now have almost 2 cases of baby back ribs thawing in a walk-in. I don't think they were great quality to begin with - but my hope is to make them as delicious as possible.
I"m thinking I have to blanch them before I dry rub them and slowly roast them - but I'm basically clueless about the process.
Any help is so greatly appreciated!!
(I don't have access to a smoker or even a grill that's very big so most of the cooking will have to be done in an oven.)
