Have reservations for Saturday night, I've done the search and read the boards. So far I think I have a pretty good idea of what the stand outs are, the Sheeps milk cheese and ham terrine and the Orange blossom beignets. My problem is my eyse are too big for my ever growing stomach. I was wondering just how small the small plates are? would three small plates be too much for two people? (we will also be ordering entrees)I've been eyeing three of the small plates and just can't decide, I was wondering if you guys could help me narrow it down to two.( I want to make sure there's room for those beignets!)

Piquillo peppers w/goat cheese
Bacalao fritters
Ham and cheese terrine

Also, how heavy is the ham and cheese terrine? it sounds pretty rich.
