Took a couple of eggs, beat them pretty good (I used my portable handheld blender thing with the beater attachment, best investment I've made) and poured them into a sqaure tart tin pan I bought a couple of weeks ago to make the square cornbreads. Not sure if I was supposed to beat the eggs like that but it made them really fluffy and since I wasn't starting out on the stovetop and juts baked at 350 for about 10-12 minutes, it seemed to have worked out really good for a quick no-planning on the fly whip up! haha.
Took some lunchmeat ham that was not going to be eaten in time, and some cheese, some scallions, and a can of Pillsbury biscuits that were laying in the fridge and whipped up a quick 15 minute "brunch" haha.
Some super special Heinz'de'tobasco sauce and "what's going bad in the fridge" fruit.
I've been updating the "novice cooks" thread and my blog, but posts are getting deleted, I guess it's too long to follow and kind of looks like I'm spamming, but I'd like to keep sharing my learning experiences with you guys so I guess I'll just post seperate on specific dishes I make or have questions with and let that thread die.
