Please join the Bay Area and other Federation communities for an evening with Michael Solomonov, executive chef and co-owner of Zahav in Philadelphia. Michael will share some of his favorite Chanukah recipes during a virtual cooking event.

Learn to cook something new!

Fun for both novices and experienced cooks who enjoy Jewish food and culture.
Menu: Apple Shrub, Abe Fisher’s Potato Latkes, Roman Artichokes with Arugula and Olive Oil Poached Salmon and, Sfenj with Cinnamon and Sugar
