Years ago the GHG had a talented (but smug) owner/chef (Ed? Greg? sigh)who went on to chef/own another Grille in Ipswich (name escapes me)on the causeway stretch. Then he sold it to a somewhat clueless woman, and then it was fini. From looking at the current Goat Hill Grille menu, I would not guess he has returned there. (on this current menu, mushrooms or mushroom risotto is on 80% of the entrees). Does anyone know about the current GHG chef and how is the food? Th you.
