My wife and I are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary with a weekend in Portland (we live in the Boston area). We'd like one special occasion dinner on our actual anniversary. I assume we should go to Fore Street but I wanted to see if people had other options. We definitely want a place with reservations. A small part of me wants to try Emilitsa since we used to say that for our 10th anniversary we'd go to Greece on vacation. Two kids later it's just not going to happen. I worry that Emilitsa isn't special occasion enough. Any other restaurants we should consider? We're staying at the Portland Harbor hotel and want a place where we can either walk or uber to. We're willing to splurge for this dinner so money isn't an option. I just want good food and a place that will make us feel special. Thanks for your input!
