I have a feeling that because of the organic-y regionality of this product that is probably only available locally, so I'm posting here... I'm certain this wouldn't be a national product that would qualify for the General Topics board.
At my local Whole Foods (3rd and Fairfax) I saw some Organic Pastures Raw milk butter... don't know the weight, but a tub about 1/2 the size of a small cottage cheese container cost.... $10.99 ! And the expiration date is in just over 2 weeks!
My question to you...
Have you tried this?
How does it compare with conventional butter in taste, texture?
Why does it have such a short shelf life?
What would you use this butter for?
Please enlighten me!
