What would you do?

Without getting into names (as I want to give the producer an opportunity to right their wrong before making a public stink) - I am curious as to what you would do in this situation...

My 7 year old was eating some strawberry Jam (a good quality manufacturer) and noted something 'hard/crunchy' in the jam. He pulled out of his mouth what was a portion of a torso of either a large fly or a bee - with at least 1 wing in tact. I do not want to put too much thought as to where the rest of it went!

What would you do in this situation?!

To say I am disgusted and disturbed, would certainly be fair.
