Please HELP!!!!

AcaciaV | Apr 1, 202009:41 AM     35

I feel like I'm at a complete loss. I recently took a sensitivity test for food and I can't have almost anything I've been eating. Almost absolutely everything in the store or online has soy, wheat, milk, and rice. Then almonds, coconut, and chickpeas for substitutes and I can't have ANY of them. I have not been able to find simple BREAD to buy that I don't have to make a huge hassle out of to make at home with the homemade flour. I feel like I can't use food as my happy place anymore. (No tomatoes either) and I'm NOT lactose intolerant, I can't have the protein from milk so that makes it a little more difficult. Please help with any ideas, thoughts, or recipes. (My mom has taken a blood test with her doctor, same blood type and very similar in what we are sensitive to so I don't think it's a complete scam)
