Okay, so I am just learning how to cook, and I am mostly using my crockpot, because, for obvious reasons, it forgives my ingenue lack of prowess in the kitchen.. =). Below is a link of the recipe, which I'm thinking looks very easy to make.. heh heh.. however, I'm hoping someone can help me w/ a non-alchoholic substitute for rice wine vinegar, please and with very much appreciation, thank you.
