Every once in a while my DH decides it would be fun to try a new cut of meat - not a bad thing! this time however, he brought home this itty little piece of lamb loin. I did not grow up eating lamb and have very little idea how to prepare it. last time I tried, it was not very good. what's a lovely simple way to cook this piece of meat? should I grill it like a steak? I've seen some recipes that roll, sear then finish in the oven but those are all for much bigger (2lbs +) pieces.
