Fung Lum ' in Tai Wai:
My go-to food destination in Hong Kong for a couple of my favorite and finger-licking Cantonese dishes:
- Fried wild sea prawns with spiced pepper salt
- Roasted 'Sha-Tin' style pigeon.
add a plate of stirred fry Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan) with ginger & Chinese wine and a simple bowl of rice congee and voila! A yummy complete meal!
