There is an interesting "pudding" recipe in the Boston Globe today. I have lots of local strawberries so was looking for recipes and thought I might try this one. However I just can't visualize how to assemble it. I linked the actual recipe below.
It is steps 3 and 4 that I am am struggling with-how can 6-8 slice of bread and a quart of cooked down berries fill a 5 cup bowl. And if you start by lining the sides of the bowls how do you layer it?? Am I just being stupid??
