As some of you may know, out in the burbs you can get a bbq specialist to tow his mobile smoker/grill to your home and cater a full BBQ feast (with assorted fixin's). Its a great party.
Doesn't seem logistically possible to do this for our apartment downtown (high likelihood of a smoker/grill getting towed!) As an alternative, does anyone have ideas on how to procure a whole or half roast pig? I can drive to pick it up.
