This slow cooker version of chicken chile verde has all the same spicy flavors as the stove-top version, but requires little-to-no babysitting. To add poultry flavor, nestle a whole chicken over tomatillos, poblanos, onion, garlic and jalapeño. Then slow cook it until the meat falls off the bone. Serve this Sunday with warm, fresh tortillas.
