Best of Slow-Cooker Sunday

This recipe could be the easiest and tastiest iteration of Tex-Mex taco soup yet. It includes sautéeing onions and ground beef, then transfering them to the crock pot along with canned pinto and red kidney beans, Mexican-style and diced canned tomatoes, corn, green chilies and black olives. Just four hours later, a nourishing, comforting soup is ready to be garnished with sour cream, cheese, scallions and fresh or pickled jalapeños.
