Kudu (South Africa)
Jerky fans, unite! Biltong, South Africa's version of dried, cured meat, comes in several varieties of game, with kudu being its most popular. The horned antelope species can also be butchered into steaks and filets that taste very similar to venison. It's probably not the first thing you want to eat after an all-day safari, but we can vouch that it tastes delicious.
