Author of The Modern Mixologist, creator of several cocktails mixed at the 22 bars throughout the Bellagio Las Vegas resort, and three-time Top Chef America winner, Abou-Ganim knows a thing or two about mixing liquor himself. This sangría blends cinnamon sticks, lemons, oranges, and strawberries with a Spanish red wine such as Rioja, a cognac like Hennessy, and an orange liqueur such as Cointreau.
