“Bibimbap" means “mixed rice” so that's a hint of what's to come in this recipe, if you aren't already familiar with this super-popular Korean specialty. This version uses healthier brown rice, plus seasoned ground pork, hot pepper paste, soy sauce, and a kaleidoscope of various vegetables — spinach, mushrooms, spring onions, bean sprouts, in this case — neatly arranged on top of the rice. We encourage placing an egg in the middle of it all. Then proceed to mess it all up as you eat it.
