15. Bubble Gum
Appearing in either blue or pink, bubblegum ice cream was invented by Baskin-Robbins in the 1970s, essentially as a way to jam two sweet treats into one. (And their version is pink.) The ice cream itself is bubblegum “flavored,” and the chunks of bubblegum mixed in are candy-coated. It’s a niche flavor, for sure.
