Just because this is easy doesn't make it taste any less delicious. A touch of spice and heat gives this glazed pork tenderloin extra flavor. It's already tender and succulent. All it takes is some whole-fruit apricot preserves and some red pepper flakes. Well, that's a lie. It also takes the juice of 1/2 a medium lemon, cumin, olive oil, and thinly sliced garlic.
