Dairy has a field day with this decadent recipe for toasted coconut cream puffs with salted caramel drizzle. There's 3/4 cup of butter in these babies, plus 3 cups of half & half and 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream. And then there are those other lovely components, such as the vanilla pudding, sweetened coconut flakes, orange zest, brown sugar, and caramel sauce. Also called profiteroles or choux a la crème, these cream puffs are really a special French treat.
