It says to use sourdough baguette, but you can use any bread in a pinch. It'll make intense garlic croutons for your Caesar salad. Or sprinkle these babies on any simple salad of lettuce or mixed raw greens. Use extra-virgin olive oil and unsalted butter too. Don't refrigerate these croutons. The croutons will keep best at room temperature in a sealed container for as many as three days. And if you love garlic, like really, really love garlic, now's your chance to toss in a few more cloves.
