That’s precisely what some New Yorkers will get this weekend when Singapore Takeout—a traveling food fest organized by Singapore Eats—sets up its mobile kitchen in Gansevoort Plaza, featuring Chef Malcolm Lee of Singapore’s Candlenut Kitchen and local talents (Ed Cotton of Plein Sud, Anthony Ricco of Spice Market, and more).
