Hakata TonTon kicks its okonomiyaki up a notch with an unusual enhancement: pig trotters. This take on the griddled, pancakelike Japanese comfort dish is an awesome porky thing, unamuno swears, and a big step up from even the okonomiyaki contender Otafuku.
Hakata TonTon, endorsed by hounds for its pig’s feet, has since branched out (or in), offering hot pots of Kobe beef motsu (viscera) with cabbage, garlic, chile, and Chinese chive—really delicious, says kobetobiko.
