Pizza at Saluggi’s has all the elements, bruklinboy reports: a thin, crunchy crust; very tasty sauce; thick rounds of fresh mozzarella; a sprinkling of grated Parmesan. The result is excellent, he promises, and sorely needed in pizza-challenged Tribeca.
