If you did, you can knock number 65 off the list of 100 Chinese Foods to Try Before You Die. The list, from the blog Appetite for China, hits some delicious high points of Chinese cuisine (soup dumplings, tea eggs) without getting too obscure or high-end—although I have to admit, I’d never heard of Yunnan goat cheese before.

It was inspired by “The Omnivore’s Hundred” (itself inspired by a BBC program). But the concept has really taken off, with edifiying lists covering cuisines ranging from vegetarian to Japanese to vegan.
