Call me behind the times, but I hadn’t heard the term until today. Gastrorgasms: food that is capable of, well, you know. It hasn’t quite made the Urban Dictionary yet, but it seems to be in definite, if limited, use.
Apparently a Black Maple Hill Manhattan with brandied cherries at Absinthe and the warm goat cheese and crostini at Nopa might come in handy if you find yourself in a dry spell.
