Recently, the CHOW office was sent a rash of cheeses from a few different companies. Of them, I’ve found myself going back to the fridge for Fiscalini Cheese’s Horsefeathers Cheddar Horseradish Spread. Between the whimsical name and goofy artwork on the packaging, and the fact that this is a cheese spread, I’m surprised that I like it. But it tastes good on bread, especially alongside the homemade white bean soup I brought for lunch one day. It’s tangy, with a nice hint of horseradish, and although it does contain artificial flavors (hate to admit it), I’m not above it.
