At its best, Texas barbecue is a thing to dream—and salivate—over. The problem is, not all of us live in Texas. Luckily, one of our favorite Austin ’cue joints, Stubb’s, has sent its barbecue pig (and beef) flying. Through the wonders of the Web, it’s now available with the click of a mouse. Our precious package of chopped beef brisket was sweet, smoky, and divine. Stubb’s suggests you serve it on a sandwich, but ours was so finger-lickin’ good, it never made it that far.
