Yes, this is pancake cereal, the food hybrid du jour, and it’s quite possibly the cutest thing to ever hit a breakfast table. But what exactly is pancake cereal and how do you make it?

If you have all the ingredients for pancakes and the aforementioned pastry bag, then you’ve totally got what you need to make some. If you don’t have a pastry bag, you could also sub in a Ziploc bag with one of the corners cut off.

Oh, and if you’re like me and immediately wondered what this would taste like with actual milk over it, my guess is probably pretty mushy. But I’m thinking a scoop of vanilla ice cream over a warm bowl of pancake cereal definitely wouldn’t suck.
