Paul Lukas recently discovered noni toki at a kosher Uzbeki restaurant. They’re huge, bowl-shaped pieces of bread, about fourteen inches across. Apparently, they’re “very much like matzoh” and are sometimes called by the evocative name “hubcap matzoh.” Paul Lukas is in love with them—they’re delicious, in addition to being massive. Also useful if it’s raining and you forgot your umbrella.
