If you’re not familiar with the delightful British drink that is the Pimm’s Cup, it’s high time to get acquainted. The fruit- and mint-filled cocktail is based on a delicious gin-based liqueur (Pimm’s No. 1) and is well worth adding to your summer drink rotation. But the Pimm’s Cup is also easy to tweak depending on your preferences—add whatever summer fruits you like, and even pair it with other alcohol for a stronger sip and different flavor.
