Over the past week and a half, we’ve been hanging out with our February Kitchen Coach, Indian-American chef Preeti Mistry of Juhu Beach Club in Oakland, California. Preeti shared her recipe for chicken tikka masala, showed us how to make garam masala, and gave us a few tips for buying spices.
As Preeti’s parting shot, she shared a few of her favorite food spots in Mumbai, the places where she goes to get inspiration.
