As you’d guess, Breads is about breads—like the flax- and sunflower-seeded North Sea loaf, a nod to baker Uri Scheft’s Danish training. But this year-old spot off Union Square also makes croissants, rugelach, and irresistible babka that one Chowhound pronounces “AMAZING.”
