The pan-fried dumplings known as pot stickers aren’t hard to make, especially if you use store-bought dumpling wrappers. And while pork and napa cabbage is the most common filling, when you make your own pot stickers, you can get creative with the fillings, using a variety of meats, vegetables, and seasonings.
