Brooklyn Beet Company‘s as much about beef as beets, serving a knockout hamburger in fried Hungarian-style bread—a crowd-pleaser at sister restaurant Korzo. So where’s the beet? Burgerized in a bright magenta beet–and-black-eyed-pea veggie patty served with Edam cheese, caramelized onion, and sweet-sour house-made beet ketchup.
