A Revamped Menu at Santa Monica’s Valentino

Owner Piero Selvaggio and chef Nico Chessa have revamped the menu at 40-year-old Valentino, highlighting regional fare from Sicily and Sardinia. Plates such as spaghetti with sea urchin and cuttlefish with artichokes and bottarga are exceptional, according to Chowhound lizziee.
