The first several weeks of autumn might be too chilly for sipping a cool, crisp rosé, but they’re also not cold enough to break out the hot mulled cider. To set the mood for the seasonal transition, we combined the fall flavors of pears, apples, and grapes with, respectively, brandy, mezcal, and pisco to create three just-right drinks to enjoy all the way up to Thanksgiving. You might like these cocktails so much you’ll still be drinking them at Christmas!
